We are delighted to announce that the following players have been promoted from our Under 20s and will be a part of our first team squad for 2023/24:
Sean Calder
Our captain at U20s last season, Sean made twenty five appearances over the course of the campaign, leading the team from centre half. He contributed three assists and made his first team debut against Hill of Beath Hawthorn last August.
Sean Clouston
Vice captain of the U20s, Sean appeared twenty times for the side, finding the net three times and setting up four goals for his team mates. The midfielder made his first appearance in the senior side against Jeanfield Swifts last month.
Ben McManus
Breaking into the first team squad in April with his debut at Inverkeithing, Ben went on to be involved in every first team fixture that remained, making eight appearances before the end of the season, adding to his twenty six games, eleven goals and six assists for the U20s.
Josh Philp
Last season's top scorer in our U20s, Josh found the net thirty two times in twenty seven games, including four hat-tricks. He made his first team debut in the 'Groundhop' match against Lothian Thistle HV and went on to make six appearances prior to the end of the campaign, bagging his first goal for the club with a header against Oakley in April.
