We are delighted to confirm the signing of striker Sean Jamieson from Bonnyrigg Rose.
A Junior internationalist, Sean has been a prolific goal scorer within the Super League during spells with Newtongrange Star, Musselburgh Athletic and Bonnyrigg Rose, averaging nearly 20 goals in each of the last four seasons.
Sean has actually pulled on a Cuikie shirt before, making two substitute appearances as a Trialist during our 2009 League Cup matches. Sean then began his junior career with Haddington Athletic where his goal scoring exploits in the South Division earned him a move to East Fife, though he found his chances at Methil limited.
A move back the Juniors followed with Sean joining Newtongrange Star with whom he spent two years, before spending a season with Musselburgh Athletic. ‘Jamo’ then moved onto Bonnyrigg Rose at the beginning of last season, scoring 23 times. Sean’s final goal for Bonnyrigg ironically came against ourselves under a fortnight ago.
