Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023
The Annual General Meeting of Penicuik Athletic Football Club will take place on Wednesday 28 June at 1900hrs at Penicuik Town Hall, 33 High Street, Penicuik, EH26 8HS.
All nominations for positions on the Committee, duly proposed and seconded should be sent to Neil Gordon, Club Secretary, by email to neil@johnmckayinsurance.co.uk by 1700hrs on 7 June.
The meeting is open to the public but only persons who are members of the ‘club’ as defined in the constitution may vote on business matters.
A full agenda will be circulated seven days prior to the date of the meeting.
