We can confirm that midfielder Gregor Lamb has left Penicuik Athletic and returned to his former club Peebles Rovers.
Gregor joined the Cuikie in 2019, intially with our U20 squad before being promoted to the first team in March 2020, making his debut in the last game pre-Covid, a 3-1 extra time win against Bo'ness United.
Gregor scored his first goal for the club in November 2021, a consolation goal in a 5-2 defeat at Irvine Meadow, adding another layer that season against Peebles in a cup tie, with Gregor playing his part in the side that finished runners up at the end of 21/22.
Last season saw injury limit Gregor to just 25 appearances, with his only goal of the season coming in a 1-1 draw with Broxburn Athletic back in April.
Overall Gregor made 57 appearances for Penicuik Athletic, scoring 3 times.
