We can confirm that Craig Stevenson has agreed a pre-contact with Tranent and will join them upon the expiry of his contract with Penicuik.
He joined Penicuik in December 2018 from Spartans and made his debut against Easthouses Lily towards the end of that month, scoring his first goal in an April cup tie with Dalkeith as his first six months with Penicuik ended with him helping the side win Conference A. During his first ‘full’ season at Penicuik, he made twenty six appearances and scored eight times, notably his goal of the season winner against Cumbernauld Colts and our opening against Stenhousemuir in the Scottish Cup.
During 2020/21, he has so far played nine times and scored three goals.
